The Rance at Saint-Suliac is a very good place for sailboarding. Impressing speeds are reached, when the frequent west-wind is strong, crossing the Rance-valley and falling down on the water from the hills of the west borders of the estuary.
The Rance here is more than 2km wide – enough for a breathtaking ride, and the banks are never too far ... in case of problems.
Other
favourite surfing places are in the bay between Saint Jacut and
Lancieux and ... at Saint Malo.
