Near to the western limit of the Emerald Coast.
The Cape Frehel is a long-stretched, red rocked spit of land 70 m above an always rough sea. 400 ha of beautiful colored health cover the cape.
Fort La Latte
From its lighthouse (103 m above the sea), splendid outlook on the whole Emerald Coast line.
There is a 5 km foot-path from here to the Fort La Latte, which belongs to the nicest walks to do in the area. In the opposite direction, a few kilometers further round you will find Frehel Plage and Sables d'Or beaches of an exceptional quality.
